Really Michael Vick?

second subject: 6. where has the time gone.

GAH! 20 WHAT? yes. i do turn 20 this week. rad!
no more teen bi'ness. im a 20year old.
yeah so here is a haiku that could possibly sum up my week:
serving in longwood
lots of little miracles
the church is so true

okay so this week went by slowly. probs because i didn't switch comps or areas and this is what it felt like after my first 6 weeks. weird to think i have been out for 6 months. ultra cray. and to think that i only have a year left... i am not ready. i hope that i get this whole missionary thing down before i go home. geez.

lets see; so this week we saw lots of little miracles like meeting people and reaching our goal of 3 solid potentials, and tracy, our 47yrold going on 17, came to church finally! i love it! it was good. i am so hopeful for all that has happened.

also we had a great rs party with treats and service. so good. we had members invite us to their Christmas eve and Christmas dinners. i am so excited for that. so many great things. and i am so excited for this holiday season because already people are a lot warmer to seeing us. its DAH BOMB!

also rando but this morning my comp and i were talking about good looking bball players(she likes michael jordan, karl marlone, etc) and we started talkin about kobe bryant and i quoted daniel tosh and DIED LAUGHING> man i am just too funny sometimes#humble #workingonthatchristlikeattribute #pmg120

also i have been studying patience this week! I love it! I have been able to grow so much in this christlike attribute (PMG120) and hope to be able to continue to grow! also i read a great talk by elder holland - http://www.lds.org/ensign/1977/12/maybe-christmas-doesnt-come-from-a-store SO GOOD! I read that along with Luke 2 and Luke 22, from his birth to his atonement. 2 of the greatest gifts. 1 him coming to earth. and 2 his atonement! what a blessing that is! also while reading i noticed that it says that he had an angel with him in the garden to give him strength. I was pondering this a lot and noticed that at any time we are going through a trial the lord will not let us go through it alone. Either we physically have someone by our side or his angels are bearing us up. look at mary she did it alone - but had joseph by herside. in E. Dyches talk "wilt thou be made whole?" he says "Be assured the Savior still seeks to mend our souls and heal our hearts. He waits at the door and knocks. Let us answer by beginning again to pray, repent, forgive, and forget. Let us love God and serve our neighbor and stand in holy places with a life made clean. The impotent man at the pool of Bethesda, the leper along the journey to Jerusalem, and Corrie ten Boom were made whole. “Wilt thou be made whole?” Rise and walk. His “grace is sufficient” (2 Corinthians 12:9), and you will not walk alone." We dont ever walk alone. I have come to know that SO much more since i have been out. he will never let us go through ANYTHING alone. i am grateful for that. may we all remember HIM this Christmas season and be able to use and share these gifts he has given us.

i am so grateful all that you do for me!
